Skyrim Priority SE AE - skse plugin
SkyrimSE.exeのプロセスの優先度を自動的に「高」にするSKSEプラグイン。
これによって(CPUやメモリといった)WindowsシステムのリソースがSkyrimSE.exeに対し優先的に割り当てられるようになるため、ほかの負荷の高いプロセスによってゲームが急に重くなるということが少なくなります。
Data\SKSE\Plugins\PriorityMod.toml を編集することで
MO2 and CPU Affinityのように使用CPUコアを選択使用することもできるようです。
（デフォルトではoffになっている）

私のように【CPU】がボトルネックになっているシステムでは、安定性とFPSが大幅に向上しますが、【GPU】がボトルネックになっているシステムでは、改善が見られません。

SSE FPS Stabilizer
このmodは特定の重い方向を見た場合などにini設定を自動的に変更（LOD距離とツリーロード距離を変更）し、FPSをターゲットレベルに保ちます。また、ゲームの起動時にコンソールコマンドを実行したり、ロードを保存したりします。
環境によってはそのまま導入するだけだと効果は薄いため、SSEFpsStabilizer.iniをコメント#15を参照に設定する事を推奨。

このMODは、FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP の構成を提供し、物理演算の品質よりもパフォーマンスを優先するように調整します。
必要
FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP
任意のハードウェアでより多くのFPSを得るために微調整されています。
1.50.4-rc1 ビルドでテスト済み (1.5.97、CUDAなし、AVX2、リリース用)。
すべての 1.49.* および 1.50.* ビルドと互換性があるはずです。
■ 以下は、変更されたすべてのリストです
logLevel 0 /logLevel
ログスパムを減らすため、0に変更しました。
numIterations 8 /numIterations
groupIterations 16 /groupIterations
numIterationsの値は8以下でも変更可能で、自分が納得できる服の物理の品質が見つかるまで変更できます。最低値の4は、コリジョンボディの不具合を引き起こし、全体的に布の物理の品質が目に見えて低下することが判明したので注意してください。 groupIterationsは、制約解決の品質に関連しており、同様に0に下げることができます。
maxSubSteps 1 /maxSubSteps
1を指定すると、Faster HDT-SMPは60以下のFPSを最適でないものとして扱い、FPSを60に戻そうと物理シミュレーションの品質を自動的に下げます。
■ 以下のような調整も可能です
percentageOfFrameTime 30 /percentageOfFrameTime
CPUの性能が高い場合、SMP物理演算に与える割合を増やすことができます。100は最大可能値です。但し、スカイリムはシングルスレッドでCPUに縛られるゲームであることを忘れないでください。

Set CPU Affinity for Mod Organizer
Skyrim Priority SE AE - skse plugin のCPUの優先度をMO2の設定ファイルに自動的に設定します。
要件
・Mod Organizer 2
・Skyrim Priority SE AE - skse plugin
インストールと使用方法は Description に画像付きで記載されています。
① Skyrim Priority SE AE - skse pluginをMO2でインストールし、有効にする。(無効になっている場合はその旨通知される)
② MO2を一度閉じる。マニュアルダウンロードしたSetCPUAffinity.pyファイルをMO2のプラグインフォルダに配置する。(2番目の画像参照)
フォルダの場所：Mod Organizer 2\plugins\
③ MO2を起動し、ツールアイコンをクリックする。(3番目の画像参照)
④ Set CPU Affinityツールを選択する。(4番目の画像参照)
⑤ 設定値を適切な値に変更していいか尋ねられる。
現在の値が0の場合と既に設定されている場合で表示が異なる。(それぞれ5,6番目の画像参照)
OKを押すと0の場合は適切な値が設定され、元々値が入っていた場合は0にクリアされる。
設定値は下記URLで計算させた場合と全く同じになる。
