Necromancers Wield Scythes - SPID

Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID)を使用して死霊術師のNPC全てに15%の確率で大鎌を配布します。

鎌はバニラのレベル進行に従ってレベルリストに入っているため、
レベル1で竜骨の鎌を見ることはありません。（バランス崩壊しない）
