Faction Fixes SEのSkyPatcher版
山賊/カルト教団/フォースウォーン/サルモール/ウォーロックのAIデータをまとめてパッチ適用
派閥（ファクション）を修正するためには元MODが必要
というのも、SkyPatcherでは派閥関係（Faction Relations）を変更できないため
USMP用のパッチには専用プラグインが必要
それに加えて、USSEPでテンプレートが修正されたNPCが1人いて、
その修正は元MODの更新後だったため、SkyPatcherでは対応できない
なので、USMPを使ってない環境でも、そのNPC用にプラグインが必要になりました
当MODはコンフリクト（競合）を解消するだけじゃなくて、
High Level Enemies Reduxみたいな新しく追加された敵キャラにも、
バニラの敵と同じAI修正が適用されるようにしてあります
