Interesting NPCs Infinite Loading Screen Freeze Fix - Snapleg Cave - Rift Watchtower

Interesting NPCs SE (3DNPC) に起因する、無限ロードやフリーズを修正します。

Interesting NPCsは、バニラNPC(LvlOrcMelee「オーク」基本フォームID:0x1E7BB/参照フォーム ID:0xD1F56)を、セル「RiftWatchtowerExterior03」から「RiftWatchtowerExterior01」に移動しました。
それが以下の不具合の要因と思われ、このMODはそれを修正します。
(ただし、それらの不具合は誰にでも常に必ず発生するわけではありません。)
・脚折り洞窟のリフト監視塔エリアへ2度目に訪れた際に時折発生する、ゲームのフリーズ。
・脚折り洞窟エリアにFTしたときに発生する、無限ロード。
・特定の方向から徒歩で脚折り洞窟エリアに近づいたときのフリーズ。
・脚折り洞窟エリアから出るときの無限ロード。
