　コンソールでrecycleactorを実行するとこの不具合は解消

チャッピー曰く、衛兵とかの一般NPCでセルが再配置されるなら30日待機でNPCは再配置されるけど、Persistentフラグが立ってるNPCは30日待機では更新されないらしい。

おそらく既存のセーブデータで導入すると起こる現象だわ。
POStにあるようにREFレコードを手動更新するか、長期間待機で再配置させると直せると思う。   ID:UwMzJiMT Day:201 Good:0 Bad:0

ちょっと調べてみたらFemale Guards Replacer.espのNPCレコードが不正なのが結構あるね。xEditで800からRenumber Form IDしたら直るかもしれない。
Form Listのほうも編集しないとたぶんダメだけど   ID:UwMzJiMT Day:195 Good:0 Bad:0
