Skill Based Potion Upgrades

■概要
余ったポーションを料理鍋（Cook Pot）で統合/上位化できるようにする
Potions - Combine and Upgradeの後継版

■特徴
・錬金術スキルが重要になった
　・低品質ポーションを煮詰めて不純物を取り除き上位ポーションへ精製するイメージ
・対象ポーションは3系統のみ
　・体力回復
　・マジカ回復
　・スタミナ回復
・使用場所
　・錬金器具ではなく、料理鍋（Cook Pot）で行う
・錬金術の経験値は入らない
　・鍋で統合しても錬金術スキルは上がらない
　・錬金術を育てたいなら普通に錬金器具で薬を作る必要がある
　・ただし料理で錬金術の経験値が入るMODを使っている場合は別

■互換性
・かなり高い
・ポーション本体は編集しない
・追加されるのはクラフトレシピのみ

■RE%（Ratio Efficiency Percentage）
・作者が説明用に作った指標
・投入数に対する回収効率で数字が高いほど得
・錬金術スキル別効率
　例：スキル0～9
　　　下位ポーション6本→上位ポーション1本：RE16.7%
