・天候分布変更
　・地域ごとの天候バリエーション増加
　・同じ地域でももっと多彩な空模様になる
・特殊天候追加
　・作者は「ムードある特殊天候」
・Azurite季節天候復活
　・Azurite Weathers and Seasonsの季節天候も調整して再導入

■コンセプト
・“天候ごとの感情”
・明るく鮮やかな天候
・陰鬱で重い空
・不穏な霧
・寒々しい吹雪

※Nexusにスクショ大量にあるので参照

■対応ワールド
サポートされてるのは以下の天候
・Wyrmstooth
・Skyrim Extended Cut - Saints and Seducers

■導入手順
①ENB Series
　・必要DLLだけ入れる（d3d11.dll、d3dcompiler_46e.dll）
　・旧ENBファイル＆ENBcache削除必須。
②Silent Horizons 2 - Shader Core
　・Skyrimフォルダ直入れ
③Enhanced Volumetric Lighting and Shadows (EVLaS)
　・Skyrim Underside patch推奨
　・ただし、DynDOLOD underside機能使うなら不要
④ENB Extender and Helper Skyrim & ENB Helper Plus導入
⑤KreatE導入
⑥Astralite Weathers導入
　・Mists of Tamrielパッチ不要（作者pluginに統合済み）
⑦Mists of Tamrielベース版のみ導入
⑧当MOD導入（メインファイルのENBファイル）
　・Skyrimフォルダ直入れ
⑨当MOD導入（メインファイルのPlugin and Assetsファイル）
　・MODマネージャーで導入

■超重要ロード順
・Astralite Weathers と ENB plugin は以下より後にロード必須
　・Landscape MOD
　・Grass MOD
