主にクエストとしてやりがいを感じる方向に修正されており
家を入手するために決闘するボスが強化されているほか
決闘で手に入るのは家の所有権ではなく購入用の証書という形に変更。
（マルカルスの執政から25000ゴールドで購入することになります）
その他、増築によって施設を充実させていき家畜やプランターを増設したり
商人や吟遊詩人や御者、トレーナーを雇うこともできるようになります。
（その代わり、最初期の時点ではvanillaよりも設備が劣ります）
あなたが選んだ15人のフォロワーを選んで住まわせる機能も搭載。
最終的に設定どおりの戦士たちの家を作ることができます。

導入条件：AEコンテンツの全てが必要。およびレイクビュー邸を建築していないこと。
2025/1/13 現時点のバージョンでは要件にAEコンテンツの全コンテンツが必要となっていて、レイクビュー邸の改装のために全てのCCコンテンツをDLしないといけないという。なかなかに条件のハードルが高いMOD。
Nexusでのやりとりを拝見すると制作チームは実際に必要なCCコンテンツのみにダイエットする予定だそうなのでそれまで様子を見た方がよさそう。
MOD名が「Lakeview Manor Update」という名称なので一見建築済みのレイクビュー邸を改装する内容を想像してしまうが、既存のレイクビュー邸を改装するものではなく、レイクビュー邸の土地に建物を追加するMOD。
そのためレイクビュー邸を建築済みだった場合は建物が重なってしまう。レイクビュー邸を建築していないのが必須条件になる。
便利な商人が増えて各種商品の購入が楽になるが、屋内の商人はロード扉を経由しないと会うことができない。
またプレイヤーと子供用のベッドがあるがHearthfire multiple adoptions - Now with custom home support for kids and spouseに対応した適切な設定が現時点ではないので注意。
