NPC Regen Nerfed

NPCのマジカとスタミナの回復を、プレイヤーと釣り合う形へ抑えるMOD。ESP-FE。

▼何が問題か
・NPCのマジカの総量は個体に埋め込まれていて触りにくく、魔術師なら700を超えることも多い
・回復量は総量の割合なので、そのぶん速い
・呪文の基本消費は「fMagicCasterSkillCostMult」が0.5で、プレイヤーの半分
・スキルによる割引もプレイヤーより大きい
・プレイヤーは戦闘中に回復が落ちるが、NPCは落ちない

▼対処
・「fMagicCasterSkillCostMult」を2.0にして、総量と割引のぶんを相殺
・詠唱中の回復を止める設定を「false」へ戻す
・戦闘中の回復を落とす効果を「SPID」で全NPCへ配る
・マジカが5%を切ったら5秒間回復を止める効果も配る
・スタミナにも同じ考え方を適用

・進行中のセーブへの導入、更新、撤去はいずれも動くはずだとしている。念のため控えを勧めている
・MCMは付けない方針で、値を変えるなら「xEdit」でパッチを作る
・「NPC mage balance fix」より値の作りが細かく、戦闘中の回復と遅延、スタミナまで扱うとしている
