強い発光の原因となるHalo Glow用ポリゴンを除去

■効果
・巨大な焚き火の不自然な発光を完全に削除
・Jiaye's CS Advanced Post Processing環境で特に有効
・Azurite 3 Enhancedとの組み合わせに対応
・CabbageやSH2 Coreなど、一部ENB環境でも改善する可能性あり

■導入方法
・必要MODを先に導入し、本パッチをそれらより後に配置してメッシュを上書き
