Contraband Confiscation (FLM)
■概要
Hunterborn - Forbidden Prey SE、Gourmet - A Cooking Overhaul、Gourmet Skooma A Complete Skooma Expansion (optional CACO version)を統合する目的で、
FLMを使ってContraband ConfiscationのFormList編集を外部化して他MODとの競合を減らします
通常、複数MODが同じFormListを編集すると、起こりがちな以下の現象を減らします
・アイテムが反映されない
・読み込み順依存になる
・パッチ地獄になる
■カスタマイズ方法
na_ContrabandConfiscation_FLM.ini
このINIで、没収対象アイテムの追加/削除ができます
EditorID確認方法
・Modex を使う
・コンソールで確認
・xEdit好き勢なら utdn氏の xEdit Script も使用可能
■衛兵に没収対象と見なされなくなったアイテム
以下はデフォルトで没収対象から除外
・奇妙な心臓
・奇妙な肉
・血液の薬
・ムーンシュガー
・眠りの木の樹液
※完全削除ではなく、INI内でコメントアウトされているだけ
先頭の ; を外せば再び対象に戻せます

Dirt and Bloodの過剰な要素をスリム化して、ゲームバランスや経済に影響出すのを防ぎます
■変更点まとめ
・不要なデバフ削除
「血まみれ」「かなり血まみれ」「少し汚れている」「まあまあ汚れている」など、
実際に影響のないデバフ表示を魔法効果メニューから削除
・経済への影響を排除
売買価格に影響を与える効果（話術スキル変化＋値段補正）を消去
元MODでは話術補正＋価格補正が重なって経済バグレベルに崩れてたからその修正！
・NPCの反応セリフ発動率が低下
常に発動→5%の確率に変更（MCMから完全に無効化も可能）
・効果説明の文章を公式っぽく書き直し
例）
Before:
「お前、血まみれじゃないか…もはやそれが自分のか敵のかわからんが、威圧効果があるぞ」
After:
「あなたは血まみれです。話術スキルが少し低下します。」
■バフ/デバフの数値を全体的にリバランス
状態：効果 (新) ⇒ 効果 (旧)

・清潔 ：話術+3 ⇒ 話術+5
・やや汚れてる ：病気耐性-10%⇒ 話術-5 / 病気耐性 -5%
・かなり汚れてる：病気耐性-20%⇒ 話術-10 / 病気耐性 -10%
・やや血まみれ ：話術-3 ⇒ 話術-5
・完全に血まみれ：話術-6 ⇒ 話術-10
