1st Person Vertical Aim Fix

一人称視点で上下を見た時に、プレイヤーの手足が視線の角度と一致しない問題を修正します。

バニラには Precision に影響するバグがあり、一人称視点で上下を見た際に、腕や手、攻撃アニメーションが視点の上下回転と一致しません。その結果、武器に付随するヒットボックスも視線の角度と合わなくなってしまいます。また、杖や手から魔法を放つ際にも、詠唱方向と手足の向きが一致しません。
このMODは、これら両方の問題の根本原因を修正します。
