■説明
インベントリや魔法メニューを開かずに基本的な情報をサッと確認できるようにします
「ポーズボタン」を押しっぱなしにすると情報ウィンドウ/メニューが表示されて、
ボタンを離せば閉じる仕組み
表示中はゲームが一時停止するから、落ち着いて確認できます

傾向として
1：本来シャウトの効果にあたるSpellを直接NPCに付与しているケース
対処法…該当のSpellをNPCから削除する、このSpellは本来はシャウトを経由して使われるもの
2：パワー/レッサーパワーにもかかわらずType：Voiceに設定された魔法を所持してるケース
