ダッシュ中だと、とても遅いのに「走ってる」というちょっと間抜けな動き

そこで
・対象の移動速度が70％未満になった場合ダッシュアニメーションを無効化
・氷属性呪文の影響を受けている場合もダッシュを禁止

ただし呪文本来のspeedMult（移動速度低下）の効果自体は維持します
つまり、遅くなる効果はそのままに「無理やり走ってる感」だけ消すMODです

■互換性
「MagicDamageFrost」キーワードを使用している全てのMOD追加氷属性呪文に対応
